Mystic Body is a women’s workshop designed to help you awaken the feminine fire within, while also softening into your nurturing, creative nature.

Enjoy ceremonial cacao, herbal tea, and sweet treats as you’re guided through a nourishing yoga flow with Maja, followed by sensual, expressive belly dance with Briohney. The evening will close with a restorative yoga nidra, allowing the body time to fully relax and integrate.
