Uncovering Prana: Subtle Body Workshop

  • At One Studio 127 Buckley Street Essendon, VIC, 3040 Australia (map)

An experiential workshop designed to awaken your awareness of prana;

the subtle life force.

Discover how to integrate its wisdom into your personal practice and daily life.

Through a blend of embodied practices and insightful discussions, you’ll not only experience the vitality of prana firsthand but also gain a deeper understanding of its roots, context, and relevance.

This combination of practice and theory will help you connect more meaningfully to these ancient yet timeless concepts. Using tools such as Pranayama (breathwork), Kriya, Mantra, Asana (movement), Samyana (meditation), sound, and other energetic modalities, we’ll guide you to:

- Tune into and feel your own energy in a tangible way

- Understand the connection to the nervous system

- Explore the chakra system

- Apply your understanding in the modern world. This workshop is open to everyone, you don’t need to be spiritual to benefit.

The physiological and functional aspects of prana are accessible and deeply relevant for anyone seeking greater balance, awareness, and vitality in their life.

This workshop is led by Marcus and Maja, who bring a powerful combination of experience and insight.

Marcus comes from an extensive background in Paramedicine with a deep understanding of the human body and it's physiology. He combines this with years of personal practice, study and a grounded but ever growing understanding of yoga philosophy..

Maja has been a reiki practitioner for 20 years and is deeply experienced in energy based practices. She has offered reiki healing and taught yoga to many students over the years.

Together, they weave their unique backgrounds into a workshop that is both accessible and transformative for anyone wishing to deepen their understanding of prana and how it moves through the fabric of all life.
