Integrate the practice of yoga into your life in a meaningful way…

Join a community who are passionate about self-inquiry and living a full, more joyful existence.

A four week immersion into the practice of yoga beyond the physical postures. Bridge the gap between your outer and inner world to develop a system in your life that dissolves tension and fosters harmony. In an intimate group setting we will offer you the environment and tools to establish a personal practice (sadhana).

TO YOGA STUDENTS….take your practice to the next level and learn more about what the yogic path has to offer beyond the physical postures. This will elevate your entire experience in the yoga classes you are attending already.

TO BRAND NEW STUDENTS…the perfect entry point into the foundations of yoga. Learn the philosophy behind common yogic concepts and techniques, be fuelled by your curiosity.

TO YOGA TEACHERS….it can be easy to let your personal practice slip away. This immersion will refresh and expand your knowledge of the fundamentals and hold you accountable.

Everyone can benefit and learn from this immersion regardless of their level of experience or knowledge.

  • Tackle the big question…what is yoga? We will contemplate and discuss the yogic path and how we can use it as a vehicle towards understanding and grace. Sadhana explained and precribed practice will be outlined.

  • What is Prana? Understand the pranic system and how we use breath as a vehicle for health, wellbeing and meditation.

  • Understand the techniques of mantra and mudra. How can they help direct attention and focus the mind.

  • We will expand on the lessons of the practice. Where does it lead? What comes next?
